Surreality.

There is a purple geometry textbook that can teach you how to do a backflip while eating pancakes and thinking of bacon roses.

once you think you've got a glass of water, you wonder if we could build warm ice that you could use like digital glass.

Chiptune. That stuff will blow your mind. It's like the epitome of Geek enlightenment. I never even played video games.

Anyhow... to something actually worth typing out:

Someday is Today!!!

^That, my friends, is what we call flippin epic.

My dreams are surreal, they're like this fluid flow of epicality.

I dunno why I'm telling you about my dreams, sorry Cyberspace if that was a bit creepy.

you know, climbing on roofs has got to be like the most healthy thing in existence... no joke....

like, I was doing some stupid shiz and so I ditched the church activity... climbed on the roof... meditated, watched the stars.... refound reality, and jumped back into the insanity with a bit more sense than average.

Climbing on roofs... you rise above it all, it's mentally and physically challenging (sometimes), and it's quiet up there, you realize the smallness of the individual and the greatness of humanity. I dunno what I'm trying to say here.

What do you wanna do?

Maybe I'll learn to sail.

Take a moment and picture the transcendant things in life.

and, here's a legit photogallery that this guy did of bridges, landscapes and space... it's legit: http://gallery.artofgregmartin.com/
and his space project: http://www.experiencetheplanets.com/

Astronomy.

Apollo 8, imagine what it must be like...

What happened to Humanity?

you should watch "blimeycow" on youtube... they're right on, and they say epic stuff in deeply hilarious ways.

Ever wondered what it'd be like to pause time and turn the waters to glass and climb a waterfall that came into the ocean. And then come to the top of it, get in an upside down umbrella and unfreeze it all and fall into the water? The Ocean of life.

I wonder if we humans are meant to have something beautiful but inherently dangerous sitting in front of us all the time, maybe that's what makes us think/grow. Nature, fire, the ocean, the weather.

The Astronauts in the Apollo Space Program that went to the moon and travelled around it, around the dark side of the moon... They saw the the best star-show that any human ever has seen. Can you imagine, no atmosphere, no sun glare, merely a piece of Glass between you and so many galaxies that they couldn't pick out constellations...

People are awesome.

Maybe one day we will all be Pro. Maybe one day we will design airships and spacecraft to travel to a distant galaxy.

The Earth, an oasis of life.

When it gets darkest, the Stars come out.

"Find Your Greatness"

Oh, btw... Aurora Borealis... I'ma go see it.

Here's some good stuff on it: (and that Owl City song at the end, I dunno)

And uh, then some epic guy took like the greatest vid of the Aurora I've ever seen: http://vimeo.com/45858333

Woah...

Okay... I think I just set a new record... actually, probably not...

anyhow... here's my record... I was sitting at my computer, writing a study guide... and checking my computer's clock consistently to make sure I wouldn't turn it in late...

well uh, my computer clock said 10:54, and Canvas said 11:59... well, my friends, I had under a minute to turn in my study guide, and I was really really really close to being done. Well, you see... my watch hourly alarm went off... and I said oh crap... cause it's 24 seconds fast... and uh, Yes... I saved my document, and uploaded it to canvas with literally a single second to spare.... it was.... amazing.

I'd just like to thank life, and God, and Awesomeness for this good luck.

If you write "-2-2 x =" on a piece of paper, your pencil will make a rhythm similar to Chim Chimney, from Mary Poppins.

9 times 3=27

at this point, it's like... past the time I should be in bed, considering the early hour I must arise at tomorrow... and the fact that I haven't got more than 5 hours of sleep a night for the last 4 days.

at this point, I don't know why people don't go outside

at this point, I've decided that I'm going to san fransisco more often

at this point, I'm tired of typing "at this point."

at this point... ha...... ha...... jk

Porsche 911 Turbo

and the color of peace is the ocean.

the ocean isn't a colour.

yes, you can spell that two different ways.

I think I'm insane.

roller coasters don't give me an adrenaline rush anymore.

maybe I'll become a legitimate spray paint artist... like.... those ghetto gangstas.... but instead of spray painting bridges... I'll paint plywood in my backyard.

86,400 seconds in a day.

one day I'll be able to write without this dumb stream of consciousness thing that doesn't make any sense.

why the heck is she so perfect?

I have 4 shelves full of national geographic.

did I mention I'm insane?

I dunno why, but I seriously like this song... it's like... really "clean" dubstep... (and by "clean".... I mean that the notes are really "dubstepped"... it's like electronic). They (random people on the internet) speculate that the song was written about Taylor Swift. .... juuuuust in case you were wondering.

speaking of awesome music... okay, so... since nobody's gonna actually click on that link up there, cause it's dubstep and the only people who like dubstep are DJ's.... here's another one... #notdubstep #inspirational #freakinamazing #youbetteratleastlistentothisone

... ladies and gentlemen, here it is: (link)

and, just to urge you to watch it even more, here it is... like no joke, this vid will change thine life...

if you make someone smile in your day, you have made a difference for good in the world... a wonderful, beautiful change.

I guess the reason why I don't practice the piano all that much anymore is because my legs don't fit underneath the piano so it's ridiculously uncomfortable to play...

One day, I'ma ditch this sorry mimic of civilization and go live, for real.

My new aspiration and adventure plan is to start taking the train to San Fransisco all the time... and parkour, study, explore, and slackline the city and marin headlands.

Additionally, I found a dirt cheap sailing club that will teach me to sail for free.... and I think I'ma join.

Things lead to their opposites.

We need to meditate.

This one guy, I don't even know him... but he wrote something flippin epical:

"Look up my friend, look up to that night sky above you. Those stars you see, impossibly far from where you stand, are the same ones I see. Those stars, some have witnessed the birth of humanity, others burned out a millennium ago and all we see is an echo. Impossibly far away, yet  impossibly close, I hope the vastness of the universe makes your troubles melt away and brings you back to another time, I know it brings me back.  I see these stars over me, and I am comforted by that fact that the same stars shine over your head. One day, that may be the last connection we old friends have. It is a promise, a promise that as the years pass, we will never be completely alone. That we will always have this, a faded photo, a scribbled note, a memory of days gone by. A promise that us two weary travelers one day will meet again, and watch the stars together again, separated by neither mountain nor sea."-Brendan Illis

he didn't write that to me, just so ya'll know... I just found it online.

the bold may not live forever, but the cautious never live at all.

Go forth and seek potential.

"each day's a gift and not a given right. Leave no stone unturned, leave your fears behind and try to take the path less traveled by."

Watch the stars, and find the epicality in it all.

I'ma get good at mountain biking.

and this is.... my version of profoundity, haha.

I don't always feel profound, but when I do, I think some pretty scary stuff.

like, the latest facebook ad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qMnTIQu34rQ

is it just me or is facebook seem like it's getting freaky?

I dunno what I'm really trying to say, but all I see is an attempt to monetize the great essence of humanity, basically... I just think of another video, one that it falls short of: Apple's "Think Different."  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFEarBzelBs

I dunno if that has to do with anything, but I remembered Steve Jobs, who died just over a year ago, I remembered that.

Goodness, I seriously can't say anything profound... I'm like this fountain of randomness, I think profound stuff in my mind, but when it comes out, it just sounds non-sensible. It's strange. Go watch TED, and listen to some thought provoking music. Go read the transcendentalists.

but, most of all- I encourage you to go live, it's insane not to live in the moment. "Find your Greatness"-Nike.

Picture a Llama riding a unicycle through the woods while sipping a slurpie

just... life is awesome.

Go and live.

Get up, get out of mediocrity. and go become.

Life, life is good.

Fear sucks, fear is when you focus on what will happen if you fail at what you're doing right then. And it always detracts from you actually focusing on doing what needs to be done!

Courage, tis not the absence of fear, but rather that other things are more important.

How badly do you want it?

^that question can change your life.

if you want it, go get it, it's meant to be chased.

When I sit at the top of an impossibly steep hill on my mountain bike, and I look down and see the bushes, rocks, and logs that I have to navigate around as I fly down the hill in a controlled free fall, I experience something insane. I have to jump into the moment and then just do it.

^just to share some random uselessness with the mindless void of the internet and the cloud.

The Piano Guys and Jon Schmidt are AMAZING.

and, I bought a slackline.

http://screencast.com/t/Q50UKmHrTa

^that's slacklining, that's not me... but one day I will slackline that route, with a harness.

Go forth and have an adventure. Think of what you want to look back on your life and see when you're 95, and then go and make that a reality.

Alice Kingsley: This is impossible.
The Mad Hatter: Only if you believe it is.
